Dashboard graphs not working

The numbers on the dashboard match my watch, however the graphs stopped working from noon Wednesday (July 24th) until 8:10 this morning.  The exercise details are flat lined, no information on number of steps, calories, etc.  My 250 step count also stopped at noon yesterday and did not register for 6:00 or 7:00 a.m., started up again for 8:00 a.m. hour.

Going thru earlier posts today, no one has mentioned the graphs, however there have been several mentions about the sleep tracking not working.

@Poodlemama thank you for getting back. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response.

I'm really happy to hear that your Dashboard is back to normal and showing the correct information. I also believe that there was a little glitch and I'm also glad since it got fixed. Thank you for posting the update here.

@Poodlemama I'm sorry for the late response. However, since your Fitbit Dashboard graphs stopped working properly, I'd like to know if the issue is happening on your phone's app or the online Dashboard.

If it's on your Fitbit app Dashboard, please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the Fitbit app, restart your phone, open the Fitbit app and log in. Finally, monitor your Dashboard graphs and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Thank you JuanJoFitbit!

Everything is working fine now.  The numbers matched perfectly to my watch, pc and cell phone.

For whatever reason, for that 14 hour period, the graphs stopped and the sleep tracking didn't work.

Mark it up to some little glitch, hope for those that the sleep tracking wasn't working for them, that all is back on track for them as well.
