Very frustrated user here. My Versa 2 is displaying the above message with a big red X. I can do nothing with it. I’ve tried restarting it (three times), removing and re-adding it to my phone’s blue tooth, and I’ve just completed a factory reset, all with no luck. PLEASE HELP!!! I’ve only had it since Christmas for crying out loud.
