Data discrepancy between app and watch.

Hi, my Versa syncs with my phone just fine, but I'm missing data from parts of my day, ie. 8pm-12am 5/28 and a chunk of the sleep data from the next night. I saw the correct numbers on the device itself for 5/28, but my dashboard is wrong.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you using an iPhone or an Android phone? Is this the first time you've experienced this situation? If so, I would like to suggest you to go to the online Dashboard and check if your information is showing up fine. If it is, that means the information was synced correctly but the app has not updated the information entirely. 

 

In that case, please force-quit the app and open it again. If this doesn't seem to work, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

 

Give this a try and let us know the outcome.
