unable to use my fitbit versa lite as it says data not cleared please sync and try again the screen is just showing a large red X

 

PLEASE HELP

@Almoradi I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa Lite is showing a large red X and the message "data not cleared please sync and try again". I recommend trying the instructions from this post

thank you for your reply to my query regarding the issue with my Fitbit Versa Lite, I tried the method you advised but unfortunately to no avail 

I still have the same message appearing on the face of my watch large red X and "data not cleared Sync & try again

 

I have cleared the fitbit app and unpaired the device and then set u the app again and paired with Bluetooth but still the same message.

 

Have you any further suggestions on how I might rectify this problem, really 🤔🙄
