I just got my versa out of the box and it shows as "data not cleared, sync and try again." I read several other forums, and they all said to try a factory reset or try clearing the phone's Bluetooth and unpairing it. The problem is that I do not have the phone since I have not even paired it yet, I can only assume that someone at Fitbit tried to connect it or something, because that is the only way it could have data. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem? It's really frustrating.
Thanks!

Hi there @NateLu, it's nice to see you again on the Community Forums.
Please note the message "Data not cleared, Sync & Try again" usually appears when you performed a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings. When you tried to pair your Versa Lite for the first time with your phone, the Bluetooth connection was interrupted and they didn't connect successfully. But there was a connection. Fitbit doesn't sell used Fitbit watches or tries to connect them before they are sold.
With that being said, please try the following steps to solve the issue:
If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If you continue having issues with your watch's touch screen after pairing it again, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

Hello @YojanaFitbit , thanks for your message. The problem I had is that I never paired it in the first place. I just received it and as soon as I got it it already showed this. I'm not sure what I could do to "unsync" it, since I never paired it in the first place.
