I have a Versa Lite. Today it went to this screen that says “Data not cleared, sync and try again”. How do I get rid of it? I’ve disconnected the device, turned off Bluetooth, deleted the app and still nothing. Please help me!!

The message your Versa Lite is currently displaying is because the firmware update process wasn't completed. That said, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. Best AnswerStill having issues. It won’t shut off or if it is (I can’t tell) it still has the same screen. I can’t go into my settings on the watch because I can’t get it off this screen. I literally can’t do anything.
Best AnswerPurchased Versa Lite 3 months ago. Last night had “X” and “Data Not Cleared Sync and Try Again”.
I had read from forums that this is becoming very common. No matter what I did as suggested in the support forum, it does not work.
