I tried factory resetting my device. Now it's stuck on the above message. I tried soft reset, did not work. Ive unpaired from all Bluetooth devices, it's not linked to anything yet it hasn't changed. The message. I don't know what to do.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem with your Versa 2. What is the message that is stuck? Have you tried putting it back on the charger for 30+ minutes and then try doing a reset again by holding down the button for 10-20 seconds. You may need to try this a few times, but fingers crossed it will eventually restart and clear the message.
