Data not syncing fitbit weird message in fitbit screen

Any one else have this happen? Fitbit last synced last night and hasn’t synced again. I didn’t wear it to bed last night so hadn’t noticed until just now. What does this even mean and how do I fix it?

Thanks Rich - I managed to get it going again and all seems ok for now. Its my 3rd versa - each one so far having different issues and two being replaced because of them. Very frustrating which is why I posted my question before searching the forums. I thought I had ANOTHER bricked device on my hands.
