Left versa on charge overnight, opened app on phone and after syncing data shows my sleep patterns for the night & I’d burned over 400 calories. How is this possible if I wasn’t wearing Fitbit throughout the night?
I can explain the calories. They are the BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just by being alive. They are always recorded, even when not wearing the tracker.
