Something is up with the app, the information tracked (heart rate, hours of enough movement, etc...) disappear and reappear every time I open the app. Sometimes sleep and all the other data is there, some times it's just hours of active movement. Very odd.

 

No I haven't updated my Versa because so many people here complained that it ruined their device.

Same here. I can edit and add it back but disappears each time I relaunch the app. Only thing different I did this morning is click through the ad for their new phone.

Hi @WalkAndRoll you are mentioning a problem with your Fitbit app that is on some type of phone without mentioning what phone it is on?
