Date not changing on Versa 2

Can anyone help, the date on my Versa is stuck on the notifications page when I swipe down. It does change when I reset the watch but then sticks at that date until I reset it again.

Hi, restart your Versa 2 sveral timesin a row by pressing and holding the button untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the button. Usually this solves this kind of problem. Regards kuzibri

This unfortunately didn’t work, as the date didn’t change today.  Have tried it again to see if the date will change tomorrow.

I have had the same problem for some time, the date is updated only by restarting the device, but this must be done every day otherwise the date does not change.
