Anyone have this happen?

I was just sitting playing a game and then all of a sudden my fitbit vibrated,  stopped, then did it again. Now it's stuck at this wierd screen and won't reset using the buttons, won't sync,  and I don't think it's charging either.  

 

I'm just assuming it died.

Mine did this too.  Started yesterday afternoon.  Now it doesn’t even turn on.  My watch is only 8 months old & I rely on it!!  How do I get replacement???
