So overnight my Fitbit versa has died completely blank. I charged it yesterday so battery not the issue, it does have Faint red and green light on the back of it. Can anyone help or do I need to contact Fitbit for a replacement. Thanks

I'm having the exact same issue! put it on to charge and the next morning it was completely black and unresponsive. Tried restarting by holding in the buttons and got absolutely nowhere.

Mine’s just done the same, taken it off charge, did a manual shutdown as confused by clocks changing. Now completely dead, no flickering lights!

I have just managed to get mine back on... had the hold the left and bottom right button for quite a while.. give it a try.. good luck x
