I bought a Fitbit versa Kohl’s exclusive ruby.
which had a defect in band. The band of Fitbit versa came out and ITI was originally glued. By checking with customers support they said do not use glue in there products. But I can see that the band was glued. Not now Fitbit is not ready to give a replacement of Fitbit device or band. They said it’s out of warranty.
very unhappy with support.
stop selling defective products.

@Aky421 Have you tried talking to Kohl's people? Especially if it was their Special Edition band... Fitbit does not carry that particular band. Take a look at what's available. Nevertheless, accessories are subject to the same warranty as the watches as far as I know. Also, I have lots of bands and indeed they do not have any glue...

Maybe post a photo so we know what your asking about.
In what area was the glue used. I don't think the band could be glued to the watch.
