Deleted sleep tile

Accident deleted sleep tile. 
Whilst setting up, clicked edit & deleted sleep tile from that screen. 
man I able to retrieve it?

Hello @Kimruss and welcome to the Help forums.  It's not really intuitive -- the you can remove a tile in the Edit screen, but not add it back.  To get your sleep tile back, tap on the Discover icon, then scroll down to Health & Fitness Stats.  Your sleep tile is there.
