My device is not charging and it’s freezing as well

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Versa that is not charging. If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article

 

Also, if you haven't done so already, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here

Thank you and yes I received a quick response. Unfortunately I have to replace my watch I troubleshooted the device and was 

unsuccessful with it

I'm sorry to see that it wasn't possible to resolve with the troubleshooting. I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
