The sad part is I just got a replacement in May, and now my left button won’t work. Any suggestions? I’ve tried to do a factory reset with it, but the left button doesn’t work at all. I’m soooo sad about this.

@Rechelle22 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response and I'm also sorry to hear that the left button of your Versa is not working even though you've tried a factory reset. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please try cleaning around the button with a toothpick since this is helpful when buttons accumulate dirt or moisture. After this, press the button and see if the issue gets fixed.
