Device not connecting

I am trying to pair my versa 2 with my new phone. I've unpaired from my old phone, removed the device from my list (because it wouldn't pair), and resorted to factory resetting the versa 2. It finds the versa 2 when I set up a new device, but won't connect. I've tried holding down the button on the fitbit to reset it, turning my bluetooth on and off, deleting and reinstalling the fitbit app, and moving to a location with no nearby bluetooth devices. There were no issues with it before trying to pair it with a new phone. I still can't set up the device on my account.

The new phone I am trying to connect to is a Samsung Galaxy s20.
