My versa won't sync - the app keeps saying that the device isn't found. However it synced at 3am. This has only started happening after the last update.

Hello @Lararoket, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your note. The update changed the name of the device from Versa
Lite to Versa Lite (Classic) so it was no longer paired with my bluetooth.
I would imagine that lots of folks are going to have this issue - I had to
search for bluetooth devices to see this new name.

I have followed all of the instructions, TWICE, and it won't hold. Totally uninstalled the app and versa. Turned off and on the Bluetooth. I am so bummed.....how do I know if it is my phone, or the fit bit? Please help me.

Mine would not pair with Versa Lite even if I was asking it to in my bluetooth - it was calling it a "previously paired device". I searched for devices under the bluetooth and it found "versa lite (classic)" and now it is working fine. I have no idea why this happened!
