Device not found !!

 was working perfect for two months and all of a sudden it's saying device not found, I've tried all the obvious but nothing is working, I also linked it to another tablet and won't work either so not  my phone .  Any suggestions!!! Thanks

Hello @Kaz100 and a warm welcome.  I woke up to my Versa 2 doing the same thing, despite being set on all day sync.  I did the following in this order and it worked.  And it worked for another user.

  • Delete the app
  • Turn off your phone
  • Restart your Versa 2
  • Turn your phone back on
  • Re-download the app and sign in

Thank you for your reply , I spoke to online chat turns out my phone which I am using now is not compatible and so will only sync when it pleases ( broke screen of my other phone and had to revert to previous phone )
