I use the Versa fitbit, and ever since the recent update the sleep tracker has stopped working. How do I fix this?

Hi @r.ashfit, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me, seems odd that after the firmware update of your Versa you're experiencing such difficulties with the sleep tracking function. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device is not tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? When was the first time you experienced this matter and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa, and please wear it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you so much for your response! It hadn't been tracking my sleep despite wearing it on my non dominant hand for the past week. It did track last one night in between, but I hope that restarting the fitbit will help avoid this issue again. Thanks so much again for your help!
