1. Have condition that i am forgot to charge my Versa 2
2. The device wont turn on, last year happened to my mom charge 3 then the Customer Service deliver the replacement unit
3. I don't know what is the problem but since charge 3 Fitbit quality device is getting worst
4. Could you do assist this issue
5. I hv trying to change with the same charger, connect with different power source, clean the pin

Hi @michelle123lee , since the Versa 2 is a relativelynew device, it's still under warranty. I would advice you to call Customer Support asap. Regards kuzibri

Hello! i dont get any answer
why the customer service asking to resend the product while my condition is on pregnancy and got diabetes the device is needed to count the step and heart usually. Why they just need send replacement any way and i waste the versa to the ewaste. And make my life easier
