I received my Versa lite for Christmas and was able to get text notifications with a vibration. However, after switching bands (not sure if I hit a button by accident on my watch), I no longer get the notifications. I can see the text when I scroll down on my watch. My phone calls pop up fine. Everything on my watch and iPhone are turned on and I’ve called customer support and they are not able to help me. They told me to watch for updates. Help!

Hello @twgraham34, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device vibrates when you setup an alarm or when you connect it into the charging cable? If you haven't already done so, please restart your device and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

Having the same issue on Fitbit Ionic ever since updating to new f/w in December. I receive alerts but they do not vibrate. I'm on Android using S8 but have no syncing issues. Have restarted. Definitley a software bug!

I’ve had this same problem. Worked when I went to bed on 12/31 and woke up on 1/1/21 with it not working. I spoke with Fitbit customer service a few days ago after I had exhausted all options to fixing it on my own. They told me that they are aware of the widespread problem and hope to have it corrected soon. I asked how long it could be and she said she didn’t have the clearance to know a time frame, and that I should keep an eye out for an update that will hopefully correct the problem. So far no update and my Versa Lite still isn’t vibrating with notifications. It’s one of the main reasons I even wanted a smart watch, so I hope they get it corrected.
I realize this isn’t a solution, but hopefully Fitbit will have it corrected soon.
