Device wont sync!!

My Versa is giving me problems and will not sync or give messages or phone alerts!  Ughhhhhhhh! 🤬

I would think that if it is a software problem then the Android would need
to be updated. If it's the Versa; I don't know.

I di a factory reset, because it won’t connect to Bluetooth or WiFi to sync. Now I can’t get passed this. It won’t find my Bluetooth or WiFi.

I totally agree with you!  Just thinking that a new one will be out soon and they don't care about our problems.  Well, "follow the money" certainly holds true in this case.  How do we get their attention?  At the moment I am looking for any place on the internet where I can leave a message telling people about the problems and warning them not to purchase this product.

My versa still won't sync and now it's on a go slow and takes 10 seconds just to light up and the date hasn't moved since the 23rd. Not impressed at fitbit doing nothing to fix this

Did you contact tech support?

They were able to fix mine. It is working great now.

Actually, mine started syncing again yesterday. It seems to be ok now.
