I am having trouble transferring "personal music" to my Versa 2. I keep getting a message that says "Transfer interrupted because your Versa 2 disconnected. I have done everything that the site has recommended and am within a foot of my router. I have restarted my Versa 2 as well. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to transfer personal music to your Fitbit Versa 2.
Whether you have followed our troubleshooting steps on this article without luck, you can perform a factory reset by following the instructions below but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards and saved settings will be deleted from your watch:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
