I have been able to successfully view my SpO2 on my Versa since the new clock face became available. However, this last week it told me it couldn’t read it. When I checked the data yesterday, a message came up that I needed to download the clock face. I selected the link and it told me it was already in use. I uninstalled the clock face, swapped it out with another, and then reinstalled. I restarted my Versa and made sure everything synced. I am still get a message that in order to track the SpO2, I need to download the clock face. Why won’t it work?
