Have just received a versa and am having difficulty changing the clock face. The only one that will work is the basic layers one. All others won't install and have to go back to layers. I am using the app on a Nokia 6 with androiA

Hi, you can change clock faces either using BT or WiFi. The last one is much faster than via BT. How to change a clock face:
1. Go to the page were clock faces are shown.
2. Press all clock faces and you will see a list with all available clock faces. A lot of them are third party faces and when you have the latest Firmware version, some will not work due to incompatibility with the new OS version.
3. Scroll through the faces and choose one you like and click on it.
4. The choosen clock will show up anf you can install it by clicking installing.
5. After the installation has finished, stay for a few more secs on that page cause it will refresh itself with two new items on it, e.g. Settings and Permisisions. The settings you always can change later, so click Permissionsand enable all items otherwise the clock will not work properly.
Installing over WiFi: put your Versa in the charger and connect it to PC. Go to your phone (WiFi enabled) and to Fitbit app. Go to the page of the Clock Faces are and scroll down untill you see WiFi settings. Click that and you will see the name of your Home network. If you did not enter the password of your router, press the name of your network and enter manually the password of it (Capital sensitive). Now you will see a white icon on the right side of your network, press that icon and Fitbit will start connecting to your home WiFi.Once established, the white icon turns to blue with the message "connected". Since your Versa is in the charger and connected to your PC, the Versa is also connected to WiFi. Good luck.

Thank you, but that still did not work. The installation starts then stops half way through. I then get a message saying unable to install. I have tried quite a few of the clock faces.l, with the same outcome. Really disappointing that I can't seem to get this change

Hi, as it's rather new and does not have a lot of data sampled, I would perform a Factory Reset, cause this no normal behaviour and do not recommend a factory reset fast. How to do that:
1. when you still can use the Versa, swipe form right to the left untill you see "Settings", click that and scroll down to Device Info. Click that ans scroll all the way down untill you see "Factory Reset" and press this.
2. If you cannot reach this: press and hold all three buttons at the same time untill you feel a strong vibration and then release only the right lower button.
Mind though that a Factory Reset not only to the loss of your data, but also to being a "new and not setup Versa". You have to set it up all over again in the Fitbit app. Restart your phone and start the Fitbit app, see whether the "old" Versa is still there and remove it from your Fitbit app. The rest you know how to do. Good luck!
