Versa Weather App will not sync

Weather app will not sync. I have synced the versa several times but weather will not show up. Error is: Sync the Mobile app to update

 

Update today 1/3/19. Now no notifications are showing up on my versa?  What is going on?

Same here.  I can't find any cities in the in Add City search the Fitbit app too.  Tried cites near me and names from around the world, no results.

 

Update for Friday January 4, 2019: I can search for cities in the Fitbit app and get results now.  Not sure if that was resolved with time, many phone and watch restarts, or other means.  Still no weather in the Versa's Weather app.

 

Update for Monday January 7, 2019: Look at that.  Fitbit app version 2.85 has consistently worked for search for cities (from Canada) but still no weather on the Versa.
