@GrubbyDuck I hope you are doing fine.

Let me help you with your weekly reports. On the Fitbit app you can tap the account button (top left corner) > scroll down to notifications > deselect "weekly summary".

Let me know how it goes.

Hi @AlvaroFitbit

Thank you for asking how I am.  I hope I find you well!

Thank you for resolution I could not find it for looking!

13 October Manchester UK 1/2 marathon at mile 4 grade 2 tear left hamstring. It dropped me to the ground. I walked the remainder. I never quit. I am at least 6 to 8 weeks before I can train again.  I have not stopped since 2015 when I was 310lb losing circa 120lb in total.  My body is presently in state of shock!  It was being put through 7 - 9 hours a week Les Mills, Body Combat Pump & Grit as well as Spin, Hiit. Endurance & conditioning sessions.  Now we are just leisurely walking and that is it.

I'm going to go swimming & venture out on my bike soon though as physio has asked me to do that but running etc., is a big no.

@GrubbyDuck sorry for the late response.

Are you sure you aren't a machine? 😄 But in all seriousness it is incredible everything you do. I have to hernias in the lower back area so I really can't do much. I do go to the gym and do some cardio (25 minutes of elliptical to avoid an impact on my back) and strength training. I also should swim as per doctors recommendations but haven't found the time to do this (I know I have to so it is still in to do list).

I have a friend who started running a few years ago and it is great seeing all the progress people like her and you make over the time. She started from small 5K runs to half marathons and she is aiming to run a full marathon next year.

Hope you recover and get back to your active lifestyle in no time. I know its hard but rest is part of the process so keep it up!

I'll be around.
