Disable email notifications on Versa 2

I don't mind texts on my watch but I don't want a notification every time I get an email.  How can I keep texts and disable email?  Versa 2

I totally understand, @Clickhouse - and what you ask is possible. Here’s what to do:

• Open the Fitbit app on your phone
• Tap Account -> Versa -> Notifications -> App Notifications
• Find your email app and set it to Off

Thanks Carol, thanks for you help.  Weird thing of all the apps, none are even selected and my email app (Outlook) is grayed out!  My watch is buzzing and vibrating every 3-4 minutes it is driving me crazy
