Disappointed Customer Fitbit Versa 2

I received the Fitbit Versa 2 as a gift about two months ago. While I was excited at first, I’ve been disappointed with this glitchy product. 

For the last two weeks, despite trying everything advised on this forum (factory reset, updates, syncing), my Fitbit Versa 2 has touch screen has been unresponsive. Most of the time, I see the Fitbit logo screen for minutes at a time, the side button isn’t working and when I finally can get the touchscreen to show the apps, I’m not able to tap into them. Help! I’m a disappointed customer.
