So I guess I should have looked here before asking for this as a gift! I just assumed that it would be a good upgrade from the multiple charge 2 I’ve purchased. It was purchased in December but due to CoVid I only recently received it. It’s tracked my sleep once this week and while I initially though I’d started sleep walking, apparently adding random hours of awake time is a thing? I’ve follow all instructions including wear it a bit tighter than I really should to make sure it doesn’t move. I sleep in the same position that my charge had no problem tracking my sleep. The sleep tracking is one of the main reason I use a fitbit and now I come on here and see quite a few customers having the same problem with no other response from the Fitbit team other than “Hit the sleep now button” why after spending this money on your product would I ever want to do that as that is not accurate either. I got this product because it claims to do certain things, there is obviously an issue with the product! Hopefully someone responds to this with an acceptable answer because if I have to waste hours on hold dealing with this myself I’m not going to be happy!

Are you saying that the Charge 2 did accurately track your sleep, or is this a continuation of the same problem with a different device?

Nobody but Fitbit users would reccomend using the start sleep now @Jazmine_S, however you could try logging your sleep after waking up. Also a few users have said that a second sync is needed if the first was to soon after waking up.
As for wearing of the band, I find to loose seems to be better then to tight, but the first thing I would Try a restart of the Versa 2 and see what happens tonight .
