- Not sure what’s going on. Versa 2 display is not working. Nothing but flashing lights. Looks like interference on a TV. Watch is fully charged and software is up-to-date. Battery is not holding a charge for more than two days, either. I’ve had this less than a year. Help!!

Hi @jenhart928,
I'd see if your retailer will honor an exchange or if the Fitbit Support Team would be willing to do a Battery Test. Something is clearly malfunctioning, and the Battery Test will be able to narrow that down.

Mine is doing the same was working fine this morning then all of a sudden the screen has got lines going it

to do it a few times but now it’s working fine. Hoping this somehow helps
with battery problem, too.
