Hey guys, woke up this morning and my Versa just has a line where the clock would be, and not showing any steps or HR. If I scroll up, today's activities still work and it's still synced to my mobile. Contacted CS and their only suggestion was to return and wait for replacement.  Any other suggestions? Restarting didnt work.

@KrystleAU I am afraid Customer Support might be right. You can try changing the clockface and if that doesn't help - factory reset. This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a replacement device in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!

@KrystleAU it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about if your Versa's screen can be fixed, the workarounds that shared my friend @Marrrmaduke have been helpful and definitely you can go ahead and try them.

In case the issue persists, I'd like to share this help article which explains how to set up a replacement unit when you receive it.
