Display reset and device won't sync

My device reset its face and won't sync with my phone.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled app, turned phone off and on, etc. but it hasn't synced in a month and my phone can't find it on bluetooth.  Help!

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa resets its face and it doesn't sync. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you followed to resolve the issues before contacting us. Please make sure that your phone is part of the list of supported devices. I would recommend performing a restart by following these steps.

 

Whether your mobile device is or isn't compatible, in order to resolve the syncing issue, please set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
