My device reset its face and won't sync with my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app, turned phone off and on, etc. but it hasn't synced in a month and my phone can't find it on bluetooth. Help!

Please make sure that your phone is part of the list of supported devices. I would recommend performing a restart by following these steps.
