Display screen not working-Versa 2

Me too and it’s less than a year, and it did that two times first time it worked but this time there is no response .. any ideas?

In this case, I would recommend performing a restart by following these instructions.

If the restart doesn't help, to have a better understanding of the issue, please tell me what is shown on your Fitbit device's screen?

Hi, 

Mine too.

My screen went dark today. A dark greenish color. It still works as I'm still getting alerts but I can barely make out what's on the screen. I tried resetting it a couple of times (took me a LONG time squinting and trying to make out what was showing on the screen) but no dice.

 

Really bummed out especially since I've not had it that long and use is everyday and almost halfway through a fitness challenge! 😔

 

Any assistance given would be greatly appreciated.

HI @Akie  -  just to make sure it's not in Sleep mode, try going to Quick Settings on the watch and disable Sleep and Do not disturb.

Pull down top edge of the watch once and then again and click on the 2 white bars.

Hi @Guy_  - thanks for the advice. I tried that this morning and nothing changed.

I would not even have remembered where that setting was if not for the step by step, thanks again.
