Display screen not working properly

The screen of my versa has gone weird.its sometimes white green..with lines or just blank

Have tried holding the power button to restart etc but no use..was able to update it thru app yesterday..battery is full too..however there is no display on the screen

Thanks for responding. I have reached out to the team however all the steps done so far have had no impact.the screen refuses to work!! It is so disappointing as this was relatively new and I was using Alta for years without even a single issue

Plug the device into the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds.
Remove their finger from button. 
Remove the device from the charging cable.
Plug the device into the charging cable again.
The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
