Display time on Versa 2

I have just invested in a new Fitbit, the Versa 2. Loving it apart from one BIG thing the clock doesn’t update for time zone changes.

I’m a pilot and can be in 4 different time zones in a single day. I like that exercise is record at my home time zone, but surely the displayed time could be set to automatically update with a time zone change. The weather App automatically updates to current location, so there is no reason why the clock can’t do the same. 

 

I know there are clocks by third party providers, I haven’t seen one that is practical.

Hi @stibbs, welcome to the community.

 

Can you go into the Fitbit app - tap your profile picture - scroll down to advanced setting (tap) - and confirm that "Automatic time zone" is on, this should then use the time from you mobile device. Of course you also need to make sure that your mobile device is set to change time zones automatically, otherwise it will be sending the wrong time to your Versa 2.

 

You may find the following help article (here) useful, as it's possible to set the time zone manually if it's not updating automatically.

I'm a flight attendant and have the same issue and the suggested fix didn't work for me. So frustrating and this isn't my problem; I'm disappointed with my Versa 2 purchase.
