Even though it looks like my tracker is working as HR monitor green light is working, display is not showing anything. Does anyone have the same issue?

I have restarted it for 5 times in a row. Green light went off and on every time, but display keep being black

Then try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, then Factory Reset.
