Above date and time there is what might look like a battery that cycles up and down and it now has a line thru it what does it mean?

I think its the do not disturb symbol. Swipe your watch from left to right and touch it in the top left, should stop it. Here's a list of the symbols...https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2086.htm?Highlight=navigate
