My fit bit versa has stopped logging distance, it is only logging calories and time but this mornings cycle to work it was working fine???

I also have this same problem, only mine has never worked to get distance or speed, only calories and time. I tried restarting but it didn't work. Just a few minutes earlier it was tracking my running distance and speed, though.

Thank you for your reply.
Mine has always worked but I have worked out why-it was not syncing with my phone. I switched my phone off and on and. Ow it works perfectly fine! 😀
