Distorted sound quality

I see where the versa has been having issues with the sound quality for years now, and how fitbit is fixing issues with the iphone.  I have a galaxy 10e, my bluetooth earbuds work great on everything but my versa2!!!! Will this issue ever be fixed?

@Underwooddmu Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with the connection between your Versa 2 and your headphones. I suggest you remove your headphones from your phone so it isn't trying to connect with them. Also wear the control part of the headphones on the same side as your Versa 2 to help avoid any obstruction. Remember that your phone will have a better and stronger bluetooth chip than and device that you wear on your wrist. Still if you wish you can also share your input in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
