Incorrect sleep logs with Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had a Charge 3 and was very impressed with the sleep tracking. Not so with my new Versa 2. It reports me as asleep when I know full well I was up and about. It had me asleep at 2:30 yesterday afternoon while I was out sitting at a bar having drinks. Other times it has me still asleep 2 hours after I got up. I'm starting the miss my Charge 3 now.

@snoozington Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa 2 not detecting your sleep correctly. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. The opposite might be true also as inactivity from watching TV or a movie may lead to sleep detection. You can try wearing your device on your dominant hand to increase the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here. Since your device is having problems detecting when you are awake I suggest you change the Sleep settings to sensitive.

Let me know how it goes.
