I did the update tonight and it deleted EVERYTHING on my Versa 3. The watch face designs appear but there is NO characters (letters or numbers) appearing ANYWHERE. I shut it down using my husband's as a blind guide. I've synced it, Uninstalled it and reinstalled it... it doesn't even show the stats or app names that it came with. I opted to update it not reset it and break it.
I've literally been attempting for an hour to get support but it hasn't been loading either. This is the best the site is offering. If this is what Fitbit has devolved to I'm not sure they're worth giving up my Samsung watch...
How do I get this dadgummed thing to work?

Adding to note, I just took my watch off the charger this morning and it was showing 98% when I did the update so it doesn't need to be charged. The wifi is strong as I am directly under the router. My phone is at 88%. I synced it 4 times after the update so it doesn't need to be synced.
