I've had several Fitbits, and currently I have Iconic. Wife has Versa When prompted to update to sync with app ( forced, or can't sync), It just flat lined her Versa. Steps are off by thousands in steps, charge wont hold...became useless. Support is a little suspect in addressing this. I was a big supporter until they wouldnt help @Fitbit says its my issue. Device worked fine until these updates....lot of issues on community, support is not helping

I've been reading way too many comments about this update. I haven't had my Versa very long but haven't had any problems. That is, until about 0400 this am when I got some alert that woke me up and my sleepy eyes couldn't focus on it to read it. I can't find it in the log anywhere and I'm worried it might have been about the update. Do you know if there is a way to refuse or block the update or will it just happen at the most inopportune moment?
