Come on Fitbit - get real. There is obviously a MASSIVE problem with Fitbits at the moment. Look at all these issues people are having with Versas at the moment. Plus if you look at the other forums for the other models...identical problems.
My Versa Lite is practically useless now - It loses so much time, it fails to sync at least once a day and I have to unpair and pair again which can take up to 2 hours to do successfully. The heart rate sensor died yesterday
I don't need the condescending generic post about turning Bluetooth on and off etc etc because these issues are way past that simple stuff.
I am very wary to buy a new Fitbit as even the newest models are having problens. It may be time to try Garmin instead.

I've been having very similar issues for the past couple weeks. My Versa Lite was working perfectly up until then. I've contacted support 3 times this past week. Yesterday I was informed that my Samsung Galaxy S20 isn't supported by Fitbit and that could be the cause. As a solution, I was told to use another device. That's not what I'm looking for in a fitness tracker. I'm also considering switching to the Samsung active watches because of all of this. Have been a Fitbit user for 4 years now. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I agree. They need to fix this. I have owned a fitbit since the original came out. I have a Versa2 which worked perfectly until a month ago. The time was 46 minutes off. After days of fooling with it, I finally managed to fix that problem. Now it only holds a charge for a day. The battery died about 5:30 yesterday. I put it on the charger overnight, I have a full battery and yet it will not sync with my Samsung note 10+ today. I have tried all the usual steps, restart phone, turn off bluetooth, make sure Versa2 is at the top of Bluetooth list, turn off Versa2 etc. This is absurd. I have better things to do then spend hours researching and trying new things to get my Versa2 to work.
