Does Versa FB504 (Not sure if its versa 1 or 2 ) have SP02 options? I

I tried to download the SP02 face, but it has the select button greyed out and says I need to update my versa, but the app shows no options to update and says its up to date???

Hi @redraven86 - the SpO2 feature is not available on the Versa 1. If that’s what you have, this may explain the problem. To verify which Versa you have, open the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Account. The resulting list should tell you which Versa you have. If it is the 2, it will say. If it simply says Versa, then you have the Versa 1, which was simply called Versa.

Incorrect @SunsetRunner I have a Versa 1 and Sp02 works just fine.

@redraven86 If it's new? You might have to wait a few days for a firmware update.

Nope, I think it's Versa 1 as it says versa only. Its a couple years old I just started using it again. I'm in the US and when I go to add the clock face it grays out the select button than has a pink alert saying make sure I'm up to date on my updates. Yet it says I'm up to date in the only section I could find to try to update it. So I'm pretty confused.

If it wasn't used for a while, it's probably not up to date. It's been common for people who can't get the SP02 Clock face, to get a firmware notification a few days later. What version of the software do you have? Mine is 32.72.1.9

Yep I think that’s my issue. My version on the versa says 32.10.15. Talked
to support and had to do a factory reset to fix this that you find under
settings / about on the watch.
