I am curious if this device contains the SPO2 sensor that is hopefully going to add to the Fitbit abilities moving forward.

Hi Marco, what about SpO2 fitur in fitbit versa right now?is it working already?how about the accuracy?
Best AnswerHi, SpO2 is indeed available on the Versa, but not yet activated by Fiibit. Maybe it will be acivated in the new Firmware update, untill that time you cannot use it or set it up, unfortulately.

Best AnswerJust curious where you have seen it advertised. I have seen other sites reviews mention it, but don't recall seeing Fitbit advertising it.

Best AnswerIt has the sensor, you can't use it. That's why everyone is mad.

Best AnswerThe hardware has been available in the Versa for a year now. Can we get on with it already? Would love to see this activated very soon...
Best AnswerWith the new app UI update, I have a feeling new features will be in tow. Fingers crossed.
Best AnswerThis is fraud and misleading CUSTOMERS. And still this continues with new products.
I bought the versa especially for the “comming soon” O2 sensor !! Almost 1 year ago 😞
Is it available in Fitbit Versa now? How to enable?
Best AnswerNope not available ...
the SPO2 is active when i’m sleeping ( reddish sensor light when i wake up )
weird stuff .. i did not give permission to use me as test base !
FITBIT GIVE US WHAT YOU PROMISSED !!
My daughters bought me this for my 60th Birthday. I fly a paraglider and thermal to altitude and wear a Pulsox to monitor my oxygen level. I particularly asked them to buy this as it had the SP02 feature. I am beyond upset that it does not work. To put this in the advertising including the press release is totally false advertising, it is not misleading or an oversight it is blatant lies. I am a totally pissed off customer. I don't want to return it as it has sentimental value now and would look bad in any case I don't have the receipt, but I will be contacting the local trading standards as to your utterly unethical false advertising of a product that does not contain the features advertised. I have purchased a $14 Chinese rip off of your product and the SP02 works on it, it doesn't work well compared to my finger pulseox but heck it works and its not bad so shame on you that you can't make yours work and you are charging for the feature and advertising it.
A year later. Allow it to be displayed, and add it to the sleep analysis. That's what we need!
