I've had my Versa since January and I woke up to a dead battery this morning. I fully charge it every day while I'm in the shower, and I am really annoyed that I woke up today to find it dark (especially since I use the alarm in the morning). It was fully charged yesterday and this is the first time it's died.
I bought the Versa after four - FOUR - Charges either crashed or fell apart on me. I was promised that I would LOVE the Versa. I agree, it's a better device, but I'm really frustrated right now and I really, really don't want to do the whole replacement song and dance AGAIN.
I contacted support on Twitter. They'd better do more then give me some link to an "extend your battery life" article. I'm pretty fed up with FitBit and I've about had it.
Best AnswerI'm having exactly the same problem and I don't want the replacement because they give you a refurbished one!! I want a refund and go back to used the charge 3 I have. Really disappointed with fitbit this time. I have reached out to support and sent a msg on twitter

Best AnswerI have had it 4 months the problem with replacement is that it will be refurbished not new so what guarantee that won’t have problems
