I went for a bike ride today. Strava calculated an elevation gain of 500m. The elevation chart produced by my versa was a near carbon copy of the strava chart and based on this, 500m looks about right. However, the fitbit said that I had climbed 1,500m! Clearly wrong!
Has anybody else experienced the same issue or know how to fix this?

Hi @RichDro, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this occurring with your daily stats or when your device is in exercise mode? Are you tracking your activity with the Bike exercise shortcut or with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 to refresh its performance.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi
Sorry for the slow response but I have only just seen your response.
In answer to your question, it also happens when I go for a walk or a hike (in all cases using the exercise shortcut by which I mean I swipe the screen left, select exercise and then select the activity). It happens all of the time and has been like this for at least a few months now.
Will try a restart as you suggest.
Regards
Richard
